Alright so I called Platinum Vip and spoke with Kennedy super cool guy thanks.
Theres a few people in Socal that can do it but yes it depends on what you want to do.
I would hit up Kennedy @ Platinum VIP, Poyet aka "V8Aristo", Zack @ Universal Air, or just make the trip out to San Diego to have it done with Autofashion. =)
BTW, Kennedy is having a special on his cup kits. $2800 installed. tell him mike from vipstylecars said whats up.

Actually to the best of my knowledge, everyone's on the Phantom Cup Kits already 
Jay with the 300C WAS on air, but he's converted, now he's got Ksports w/ Cup Kit. It actually rides real nice!
Davis with the white GS350 also was on Air... but he now currently has Megans w/ Cup Kit now too!

what about anaheim area, shin at air runner. the number is 1714 978 2446. not sure if he will install UAS tho considering he works on air runner :P
