Flipping. New laws make it harder to do so.
Not as easy as it sounds.
Tough market to sell a house right now.
Less "qualified" buyers in the market.
Homes are being slowly REPOed by banks.
These homes may go for cheap later.
The people w/ the cash to buy these homes...will make a nice profit if they hold onto it until the buyers market increases. Then, they will be able to sell their newly acquired homes.
