I was at DX the week before last and an old buddy showed up and invited us out there. I would've gotten the catfish (tried some and it was great) but with 10lbs. of crawfish sitting in front of me, I had to go for it.

It was pretty damn good, but a lot of freaking work. My stomach was still burning until about noon the next day, but miraculously, I avoided any ring of fire.
