personal experience with south bay lexus service dept?
so my first 5000 mile maintenance is coming up soon. south bay lexus is the closest dealer/svc dept to me. just wondering if anybody had personal experience with the service dept there? what kinda loaner do they give? any input is appreciated!

I had my SC300 in for some work and got an RX330 loaner. Service was good, other than costing an arm and a leg (service outside of regular maintenance/warranty).
