although i haven't had work done there, ron's body shop at 1420 Cabrillo Ave (310-618-8791) in downtown Torrance is the authorized bodyshop for South Bay Lexus. i might actually swing by there today to get an estimate and a feel of the place for my rear end collision i got on sat.

i also called south bay bmw and they refer their customers to Advanced Collision Technologies at 4302 W 190th St. in Torrance (310-698-0126)

Bay Cities Auto Body - Harbor City.

This is the recommended shop by our own vendor Carson Toyota. Bay Cities has done the paint work for my body kits on my Lexus in the past. I highly recommend them.

so i just got back from ron's body shop. there sure are a lot of lexus' getting worked on there. they look like they do a great job restoring it back to oem specs, but seems like they're wary of aftermarket parts. i asked about my rear lip and the estimator kinda hinted that i should just put it back to original and forget the lip alltogether. i probably won't be heading there for my work.

can i get the contact info for sixteen custom as well?

sounds like thumbs down for ron's body shop.... i was thinking about finally getting my TTE lip installed as well. They're prob going to tell me to see it on ebay

Thanks guys.... I'll bring my GS to all three shops and get a 'feel' for the shops and give it to the shop that has my vote... not necessarily the cheapest one of course, but the one that I like and feel that can do the best job.
