Body & Paint Shop Recommendations (The Mother thread)

Pole Position
$1200 seems to be about the going rate for front bumper & hood repaint if they blend it into the fenders (the correct way to do it). A local shop here in SD (United Auto Body) quoted me the same, $1200. Be careful of the "shops" that quote you $300-$600, usually it's just some homie in the back with an airbrush gun and the spray will be uneven, you'll get the car back with imperfections in the paint or mottling.

Paint
Im looking for a semi-local body shop that does great paint work. I have a difficult color to get perfect (glacier frost mica). Any help would be great, and yes I used the search but I would rather not read 10+ pages of threads and each comment within the threads to try and see if there are any that someone has suggested close to me so dont bash me! lol I live in Claremont, near Pomona/Ontario.
Thanks in advance!

I live in the 626, and though Platinum VIP is much closer, I had a great referral and quote from Diamond Hills Collision. They're located in Diamond Bar area. They do get pretty busy at times, especially with it being car show season right now, so it's best to give them a call so they can consult with you and get an understanding of what you'd like done.

Here's what I wanted done to my ride. They really go above and beyond what is expected.
Hope this helps!

I went with Quigleys auto body shop in Lake Forest. They did an awesome job with attention to detail. I was super picky where i went because i wanted my paint on my bumper to be near oem perfect as it could be.
