Body & Paint Shop Recommendations (The Mother thread)

Hello fellow CL SC members. It is with great sorrow that I report my SC was hit while parked outside my house. The damage is not extensive, but is not minor either. I need to find the absolute best body shop in all of Southern California, preferably one that has experience working with modified/show/tuner cars. I do not make much money, but I work hard, 70-80 hours a week and my SC is my absolute pride and joy. I have always approached it with only the best care and parts, sparing no expense in owning it, and this incident has really ruined it for me. I really need to find the best body shop out there to get this fixed right so please let me know of any you know!
Platinum VIP should be the best around here

sorry for my confusion. I will not be paying, the insurance company of the person who hit my car will be. the damage was to the rear driver side corner.
i was simply stating that even though i do not have much money, i never skimp or do things improperly just to save a buck, and was hoping to find a shop who understood the level of passion i have for my car. thank you so much. it looks like Platinum VIP is where I will be going!

You've got to stop by Platinum and talk to Kennedy(owner), he will walk you through each step your car needs to come out flawless! and about price he quoted the damage on my car $200 cheaper than another reputable shop I've gone to (he didnt even know my quote from other shop) and last but not least Kennedy's shop is very well organized and clean, it just reflect their work that you can see from cars that are being done and that are done by them.

Autowerks in El Monte, CA, i had them replace my rear bumper when i was rear ended and also had them paint and install my VIS TRD rep lip while it was in the shop. Ask for Peter or Bill, and tell them Daniel with the Blue IS300 referred you. Good luck!

after reading all 44 pages, seems like most people recommend BC and vip platinum.
can you have any of these shops order your lip for you and just have you come in for paint and install at the same time? i'm looking to get some lip from ebay.
also if anyone has a price , could you post or pm me?
