Just got a lip kit and need to know what shops are recommended. I've only dealt with Classic's in Pearl City for an insurance job. Want a good job done but also need some place that isn't going to break the bank. Would I be wrong in assuming all 4 pieces to run $250?

 

"tech 1" in kalihi does good work. got my rear lip done there, you can check it out at work if you want. might be more expensive than your projected price though.

Last quote I got for my 4pc lip kit was $600 cash, uninstalled. And that was a "friend of a friend" price. I'll send you a PM with referrals.

 

i know ken sum at sum's auto repair in kalihi does good work. he's on the corner of puuhale rd and hau st right next to the prison.

also a good friend of my brother's has a family shop in waipahu that does excellent paint. i just got my scratch repainted by them and you'd never know anything happened. they're west side auto body down by exhaust systems hawaii.

not so sure about how they're pricing is, but for me they both told me 350 a panel. dunno about a lip kit though.

 

Thanx for the referrals, I think my estimate of $250 is on the low side. But I refuse to drive around with a primer black kit.

 

If you go to Tech One see Ryan and tell him I sent you and he'll hook you up they've painted my car a number of times now I just had my front resprayed a few weeks ago.
