^if thats the number for todd ruston, i can vouch for his work also. He does great work on curbed wheels. However, keep in mind, if the lip has annodized clear coat, you will lose that clear coat on the area he does. He will tell you that also, but the wheel comes out lookin new....just gotta polish and take care of that lip a little more after that or else you will lose that shine....

I agree with sc400808 and eastsidtsx: that definately is the work of Todd Ruston of Alloy Wheel Repair who has a mobile truck/shop. I met him for an appointment before while he was working at the BMW dealership fixing/touching up their wheels.

I also recommend going to Moo's Machine Works in 835 Mapunapuna (839-5633) to fix curbed wheels since Todd referred them to me and similar to what eastsidtsx mentioned and the staff will tell you, clearcoated and painted rims will lose their coating and colors in the affected area will be discolorized since they use intense heat to shape the rim back into form. Cost when I did mine in 2007 was $100 with a 2-3 day wait but you won't be disappointed

On another note, if you're wheels are cracked... trash'em. Both Todd and Moo's don't recommend or even try to fix since the overall wheel integrity is compromised and they can't warranty that the wheel is fixed.

Hope this helps.

Moo's machine works does great work om dents. Keep in mind, you will have to dismount the tire from the wheel before taking it there. I know todd ruston was mentioning that he was gonna get a machine to fix dents also but i'm not sure if he has yet. Larry's also fixes dents, but i wouldnt recommend them. My friend took his trafficstar wheel there to fix a dent and they cracked it. Not sure it wouldve cracked if he took it somewhere else, but, i dont know if i would trust them.

What about polishing out lips with slight curb rash? Whose the best to do this?
