Does anyone know a good plastic welder? My front bumper clip tabs on the passenger side is detaching due to a previous accident. I would like to get it fixed by either plastic welding it back together or buying a new bumper and re-painting it. Just weighing out the costs here.

Any recommendations are appreciated.
