Lexus of Naperville
What's going CL! I just wanted to share my experience today at Lexus of Naperville since they went above and beyond my needs. I took my 08 ISF (48,000 miles) today for a routine oil change. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a service consultant Daryl N. He asked me what I need done today and I said just an oil change. Right after the service was performed, he informed me about the weatherstrips on my windshield were cracking on both sides and more than likely it will get worst after some time. He also noticed that my driver side mirror had a tiny cracked (I knew about that and I was planning getting a replacement from Sewell $397.00). He offered to have his guys look at it and he will bring it up to the service manager. I was already there, so I said lets just go ahead and take care of it and I was hoping that my extended warranty will cover it. Daryl N comes back and told me that my extended warranty ended 5 months ago and it's no longer covered, but he will endorse my issues and concern to the service manager Pete M. To make the long story short, I went to Pete's office and we chatted for a bit and he took care of the damage parts for DAMN GREAT PRICE . When he gave me the new grand total I didn't even think twice about it. I replied right away, where do I pay and sign? When can I buy you lunch/dinner? lol.
I highly recommend this dealer to you folks for next service etc...And when you do, try to look for Daryl Nelson, Service Consultant or Pete Murrin (Gear head too), Service Manager

Unfortunately mine did at 48,000 and I don't know why. The ISF is always parked in the garage and my IS250 with 90,000 miles is parked outside all year long and the strips are still in one piece.
For what I paid for to get everything fixed was a stealer deal IMO.

Idk I still find that iffy I use to work at a dealership and for bad as it sounds I never inspected a vehicle like that unless I was hungry for money or it was a certified inspection. But hey if ur happy that's all that matters

Ive always had a great experience at Lexus of Naperville. So i can 2nd that!!! My car hasn't been in warranty for awhile and they have fixed some things for me for free. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service.

I use Lexus of Naper as well. Like the Service consultant Steve Arnold. He's very helpful. Agree with other, sales experience there is average. Alot of turn-over with sales associates.
