Job Descritpion
Position Title: Jr. Shipping Coordinator / Customer Service - FULL TIME
Compensation: $10-12/hour depending on experience
I. Company Overview
We are an internet retailer based in Morton Grove, IL. Founded in 2003, we run one of the most visited eCommerce sites selling Automotive Parts. In 9 years, we have grown from 1 website to 3, and are constantly expanding our staff.

Act as key point of contact and communicate with vendors and customers when there are deviations from anticipated fulfillment's. Offer best-in-class customer service to all interactions with new and existing customers.

V. Job Responsibilities
-You will organize daily tasks precisely, and follow up on all open issues in a timely manner.
-Monitor and evaluate our vendor's performance and fulfillment rates in order to display the shipping performance on our website accurately.
-Act as a liaison between our vendors and our customers, filling in the gap for missing information.
VI. An ideal candidate for this role should have:
-Great general computer skills
-Excellent problem solving abilities
-Capable of working independently and self-motivating
-Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
**We will train you, but any background in logistics or automotive parts sales is helpful.
