Try Sewell in the Vendor section. As for install you can do them yourself or have one of the locals give you a hand. VikH has installed them so you can PM him on the difficulty. There may be a DIY thread in the 2IS section?

If you are installing a rear lip spoiler in the 2gen, it comes with the 3M tape usually. Simply clean the rear trunk area with an alcohol swab to promote adhesion. If you are installing a mid-wing (would advise against this for this particular body style), make sure to epoxy or plug drilled area as rust will eat away the surrounding areas.
I'll definitely contact this company. I should of specified before. I'm only looking for the factory IS 250 spoiler. I"ll check with them. thx
