oops...trying to post a pic, but i can't figure it out. any help from the experts? tx

you can either attach it (button on the bottom) - but the file size has to be "optimized/resized" so it's not too big (less than 100k)

or you can get your own host (webspace) to host it for you and use "img" tags with the URL.
