For Lexus NX 350 AWD with Premium package, I like to add two features: A Panoramic View Monitor and 20-in 20-spoke alloy wheels. My local dealers, however, don't have such a feature-loaded NX in stock. Does anyone have experience in making a custom order for these two features? Or is it possible to make a custom order? Thank you.

 

I, too, am struggling with how Lexus options these NXs. It seems a custom order is impossible with Lexus. Anyone know differently?

generally i would imagine your local dealer can create a custom order for you, with some seed money down! your combo might not be available outright and they should be able to tell you it's not orderable.

 

Just tell them to order you one in. or put down a deposit for a model that is en route.

 

Lexus is not accepting unique Special Orders, best you can do is get your preferences
"matched" to one of the standard build levels. Different regions of the country have slight
variations of option content, a Dealer Trade across country might help but the transport
costs would factor into your decision. Dealer that had your dream car might be unwilling to
take back a (slightly) unicorn build car in exchange which makes the process slower still.
