Yeah in CA if you are a just a millionaire you are middle class LOL. I would be living in a shack if I lived there, at least in certain parts.
That's why professionals are paid a ton of money. People in the middle class who invested in property in the 1990's and mid 2000's are good, those who hesitated lost out as houses are now unaffordable. Property ownership is one of the keys to wealth, at least where I live
