Its a Soviet Volga GAZ-24, with a Ukrainian flag. The license plate says "MРIЯ", which refers to the Ukrainian AN-225 Mriya - it used to be the largest cargo plane in the world until it was destroyed in the war last month.

‘Yes. It is pretty awesome to see all the imported stuff. Land Cruiser 80 RHD drive turbos are a regular thing. Back when Toyota used to make the RHD 4Runner/Hilux Surfwith a small diesel, we’d see some of those. There was a shop in specialized in selling these models. This is precisely why I really love Japan made Toyota SUVs, they have that heritage thing that the US stuff just doesn’t carry
