My GS is less fatigue than my RX over long drives.

However my ES (2016) has bigger and softer seats.
So it's not about the way the car rides but about her seating position. She sits better when her knees are at a 90 degree angle. This is true when she's not in a car as well. In SUVs you sit better more upright.

I believe the only Packages offered are safety related for Parking Assistance and the Active cruise control which i had no interest in.

Its refreshed for 2022MY so good time to get it.
Yeah, the refresh is nice. How's the reliability been on the engine? A little bit of a worry with BMW for sure as she wants to keep the car awhile.

suvs are definitely WAY more comfortable than sedans and easier to get in and out of.

So the M40i has the high powered version of the B58 shared with Supra and other M40i models. So far i have had no issues at 23k miles but there have been 2 hiccups which can possibly turn into issues in the future.
1) Oil consumption- Engine oil was low with about 15k miles and had to be topped off.
2) Low coolant - i have received this message lately when its cold so it may be a sensor or somehow coolant is being lost.

The inline 6 engines have been mostly bulletproof since the N54 from the late 2000s.
I think they will hold with minimal issues. My X3 is leased so I don’t have same concerns.

Alright, well that's cool. Hopefully they were minor hiccups in the car. Thanks for sharing!
