Default 2020 ES 350 not starting or turning off

I got a 2020 ES 350 in July 2020. On Sep 15, my ES 350 wouldn't start and the LED display just kept blinking making clicking sounds. What was weird about the situation was that I could not even turn the car off. Every time I tried to turn it off, it said put your foot on the pedal and click the start button as if my car was thinking that I was trying to start the car. The roadside assistance was able to jump-start my car and I took it to Lexus and they told me nothing was wrong and the battery was charged during the inspection.

On December 13, I had the same situation where my car wouldn't turn on but also turn off. I dropped it off at Lexus and I just got a call saying there is nothing wrong, and next time it happens, they will be replacing the battery. I really do not know why this is happening. I also do not think it is a battery problem and even if it is, it should not be happening to a brand new car in my opinion. Has anyone experienced this issue before?

hl8697, you might want to post this over on the 7th Gen ES forum. More drivers of that model will see your post and can weigh in. Good luck.
