If you've gone through LFS isn't the dealer out of it?

Yes, at this point they are completely out of it. However, the guy at the dealer doesn't know I am handling this through LFS and is still sending emails. I just think this tactic the dealer is using is wrong and would like others to know what they are trying to do. If this can save someone from spending $1000+ on something that isn't necessary when buying out their lease then I think it's valuable.

I'd just email the guy and let him know what you did, tell him what you think of what they do and move on.

Dealers hate doing lease buyouts because they literally make no money on it, which is why they're trying to charge fees. You did the right thing by Investigating it and alerting people here.

Thanks, Ya that's the plan. I just want to make sure the deal is complete before I reach back out to notify him.

You should write up a review of your experience on a couple of the dealer review sites. Yelp etc.
