I didn't want to post any pics of the owners and get into any racial debates.
My wife was at the customer services desk when they came in to return a tent in a box that looked like it had been used for ten years. Kind of odd, tent, end of summer, returning without reciept, they looked like they were running low on "Ripple"...........
