Just seems like the most likely IMO. Although they could just as easily supercharge a Coyote or shoehorn the 7.3L if they wanted. Only time will tell, but I don't think it will be long now that the 2021 F-150 has debuted. The next Raptor will be around the corner
The Coyote takes supercharging very well, so that's an easy option. And actually they wouldn't have to "shoehorn" the 7.3L in. It's physically smaller than the 5.0 Coyote. Specifically it's both 4.5" narrower and significantly less tall, though it is a bit longer thanks to the increased bore.

Yeah either of those options would be way more likely than putting the Predator in the F-150. We don't even know at this point if it will mate with the truck's 10-speed, but the real blocker as previously mentioned is that it's a specialized, expensive, limited-production motor.

The only downside to the 7.3 is weight as it is an iron block versus an aluminum block. Though I believe the hellcat is also cast iron so it would be a wash there.
I don't suspect that Ford would have issues mating the 10-speed to the 5.2 Predator, an engine that is derived from the 5.0 Coyote.
