ECCPP Wheel Spacer. Are they any good?

I have a 2016 IS200t FSport and I just want an aggressive look with wider stance that spacers will give me. I was wondering if anyone has installed these hubcentric spacers before or know if it's a good brand. I also am afraid of the stories people say about running spacers. What harm can they do? What risks will I reallistically run in to even if they are installed correctly and to spec? I'd appreciate any info anyone has to offer me.
