It is officially an option/accessory, BUT the way Lexus packages features by region, models essentially always have the first-aid kit

Interesting. Thank you both. I just went back and looked through my paperwork and I was not charged for it, so perhaps my dealer throws it in. Thanks for the correction.

Glad to help. Yes, sometimes dealerships will toss in little perks like that, on the house, if they want your business.....or for repeat customers.

Yes it is. I have three of them that were included for free in my Lexus leases.
