pretty funny the styling score is only 6 of out 10!!!! WTF???? I mean come on Doug!?!?!?!?
He lost a lot of credibility with me right there. Even the Mustangs and Camaros got 7/10.

no kidding. i think he contrives his ratings - in this case he didn't want the c8 to match or beat the 3 exotics above it.

Hennessey Peformance in Houston got their C8 last week I believe and they already have a twin turbo kit for it. They made 643hp/570tq at 5 psi on 93 Octane it looks like. Video link and more details below.

I gotta tell you as much as the C8 is better than the C7, I'd be happy with a new C7 Grand Sport manual. Doesn't bother me to not have "the best." It costs a lot to do so! Doesn't make the C7 any less awesome.
But no doubt the C8 is impressive with what one gets for the money.

C7 and C8 in my book are two different machines for two different sets of folks.
If you live your life a quarter mile at a time...C7
If you live your life a corner at a time...c8

I live for big tires, big brakes, having a clutch, and a big smile!
(would like a Grand Sport, but don't need ZR1 or Z06)

I was going to post some crazy deals from Autotrader.com but the site is down (for me anyway).

LOL that seems to be the sweet spot. Kind of above base and Z51, not a Z06 or ZR1, but has all the goodies like brakes and tires and suspension!

Saw a red one. Still struggling with the new design. I do like the older outgoing styling but I think the new one will take some time to warm me over.
