I might be a little late to the party, but only recently while I was reading about the Hydrails I came across Lexus LF-FC. But the article I read iS dated back to 2016. It also said the car will be available for sale in 2020.
So what is the update of it? Is it running? Will it available commercially next year? Please share the pieces of information here.
japan, like china, does a lot of long range planning and apparently japan has major major commitments to hydrogen power. might be good for their domestic market but the rest of the world clearly isn't interested.
japan has a huge problem in that is has zero fossil fuel or even metal ore resources so must import everything. they went big into nuclear power for that reason, but with fukushima, that's dead now too.
