Toyota Tundra could be getting a rear suspension upgrade
Toyota went to great pains to make sure no one could see the rear axle and suspension. Vinyl coverings lurk in the wheel wells, and bristles line the edges of the bed. indicating Toyota has done something interesting with the rear end.
Based on the shock mounts, it looks like it will retain a solid rear axle, which makes sense considering full-size truck buyers might frown on independent rear suspension. Toyota may be working on a coil-sprung rear suspension similar to what the Ram 1500 uses.
Besides the mysterious rear suspension, the two-post trailer mirrors are another feature never seen before on Tundras.

My strong guess is coil springs. They've been proven to help civilize the ride on full-size pickups, like the Ram, without a major compromise in load-carrying. And many past Tacomas have been noted for their kidney-pounding ride over bumps.

I don't know that the 6-lug is a definitely indicator of HD. In the past Land Cruiser and prior Tundra were 6 lugs. Tacoma, 4Runner and GX still are 6 lugs. GM likes 6 lugs, even on things like the Acadia.

Agree, but combined with a super secret rear suspension... I haven't followed the development cycle of a new Tundra release, so this could also just be the body of the old version sitting on top of the new chassis out testing.
