Always follow what the manufacturer recommends. It is in your manual. They created and tested the engine more than any other entity and know what's best.

87 is what's recommended in the manual. Stick to that and you'll be fine.

I used 87. I have done the regular one fill up and premium the next and the car didn't perform as well as just one grade. Sticking with 87 for the last year and it's consistent ....and cheaper.
