I've only sat in the Pacifica at a car show, but I believe you . The Caravan is a good enough van, but it's definitely showing its age at this point.

maybe for you. i just spoke to a dodge truck owner (couple of months old) and it has the rotary transmission dial. he's absolutely fine with it.

i'd be absolutely fine with it as well. i don't understand the dislike associated with rotary dials.

While IMO not ideal, I agree it's not the worst system I've seen. I've seen some real doozies from both Mercedes and BMW. Lincoln's system of push-buttons on the dash, though, IMO, is preferable.
