Is anyone else slightly pestered by the Enform Remote outage due to update. It has been over 4 days. I know this is a first world problem. But this is a product that i am paying for. I feel like Lexus is shorting me.

I just got off a support chat session. No ETA on resolution. Lots of doublespeak nonsense. Should have know better...

 

That's just ridiculous. We should get pro-rata refunds.

 

I'm tempted to just cancel my entire sub. My remote refuses to work in the winter when it's below 40F citing a variety of reasons. I took my GS in for the TSB and the issue still persists. But it works in the summer when I need to cool the car off for the kid. Maybe I should ask for a 25% refund
