Volvo did offer a turbocharged straight six or a V8 in the previous S80 that this car replaces. Ah, progress, smaller, buzzier, louder, more complicated engine.

I'll say the bowers and Wilkins stereo is worth the money. Came from a GS350 with the ML package. The B&W has 19 speakers and 1400 watts, including lots of Kevlar cones and a carbon fiber sub, free air mounted in the rear fender well. It is loud and very clean. Plus it looks absolutely top tier with the aluminum drilled grilles and the center channel exposed above the dash.
