I hate driving in the DC area!

I also get the OP's frustration over some drivers in Japan. I lived there (Okinawa) for 6 years & that's not nearly as congested as the cities on the mainland.

I don't know if there's anything you could have done really. Kind of messed up though. I would never risk doing that to someone. You might get shot if you did that to someone in the US.

 

What we need is a bipedal, nuclear weapon-equipped, walking tank.

 

How about debadging if they might have a hate/jealousy thing?

Just crank up the music and take it easy since we all have more to lose than these losers and low lifes.
When I'm driving, I "expect" idiots to be on the roads.

 

It just gets under my skin when people deliberately do this.

 

Install a train horn, scare the living crap out of them.
