Why are there no pictures of the front ends?

WTF!!!! The are more LC there than there are VW Golf in Germany. Thanks for sharing. The new LX will sell crazy. Would be even better with new efficient turbocharged V8, but I guess it will come after LS.

^ That is crazy!!!! Parts of this country are like that with pickup trucks, but you'll see a mix of Chevys, Fords, Dodge and Toyotas. Nobody completely owns the market like that.

^ I'm just curious, but what's the take rate on the gas vs diesel engine options in Dubai??? I know the latest land cruisers it was pretty much two engine choices, gas or diesel v8.

You make a good point with those pictures, UZJ100GXR. That's one reason (among many) why, in the Lexus line, among truck-based SUVs, the LX will probably outlast the GX.

Do any of these people go offroad?

or do they just drive the babybutt smooth paved roads?

If I only paid 10 cents a gallon for gas, I'd drive a car that gets 1mpg too

I don't think they off-road to justify getting a LC/LX. It's a trend over there, and same thing can be said for LandRover/Range Rover and, worst case, G-Wagon people.

^ Actually I've heard the roads in the Emirates outside of the cities suck, lots of gravel/unimproved roads. Also look at the tires they are running on those Land Cruisers, no low profile 20-24" wheel/tire packages on any of them like all the Rovers and G-wagons come with stock in the United States.
