Ladies and gentleman, put your hands together, because it's time to add another Lexus accolade to the quiver.

Lexus is the most improved auto company, third best overall, at responding to potential customers. They share the honor with BMW and Mini,
Unlike Lexus, though, BMW had a lot of room for improvement. Over the years, I've found a number of their dealerships and auto show reps (not all of them) to be snooty and not terribly friendly.

Good for Lexus, I'm not surprised. I wonder if the free maintenance goes a long way for top scores.

Glad to see them focusing on this again. IMHO they rested on their laurels for a while there in the 2008-2012 era.

One of my business partners had his first service at my dealer for his 2015 GS. They tried to charge him for the free service, didn't wash the car, didn't vacuum it, didn't do anything. He responded to their survey at my suggestion and they immediately called him and apologized up and down which impressed him.

Little things go a long way when it comes to customer service.
