My guess is the woman in the Focus unfamiliar with the road and its exits.....those conditions are notorious, both here and abroad, for causing last-minute swerves.

Anyhow, we can argue all night about the circumstances of the crash. I just hope she recovers safely and successfully from her injuries. Everyone, in my book, is entitled to one significant mistake behind the wheel and a second chance. I just hope she lives and recovers to see hers.

She's expected to make a full recovery from what I've read.

The dangerous driving was not caused by the road or a truck or anything else, the woman is 100% at fault. End of. You bringing up all kinds of factors to excuse bad driving is puzzling to say the least.

Let's just hope she recovers, and for us and our lovely families, please be careful out there, accidents happen at the most unexpected moment.

We see lame moves like that time and again. Some drivers get so fixated on an exit and make these type of decisions that endanger others. Mildly irritating to miss an exit but not that difficult to get off on the next one and get to the destination alive.
