The LX was first unveiled in April 2007 and went on sale in early 2008.
A facelift was unveiled in early 2012 and went on sale shortly soon after ( around February 2012) as a 2012 model around the world and a 2013 model in America and Canada.

I don't think it is LX related though..

I think so too, the LX is selliing better than ever ( except in the US), even better than the LS world wide and it is sold in much less markets than the LS.

LX has a long lifecycle almost 10 years, not due for an LX for a while, last gen LX was 98-08 model year

Unless that is or will be 3SC (SC430 replacement not LF-LC which IMO is more of a 1st gen SC300/400 replacement).

Thank Bit. We've seen a GS F prototype and a camouflaged GS most likely disguising a 5LS and of course the LF-LC which will be the 3SC. So in my opinion the top three would be either a GS F, 5LS or 3SC...we'll have to wait and see in November...
