2015 Mazda CX-5 facelift spied in Germany
rain sensing wipers
19 wheels/tires
Keyless entry/push button start
Smart City Brake Support system uses a laser sensor to detect stationary objects (such as stopped cars or pedestrians) in front of the vehicle at speeds up to 19 mph. If the driver fails to respond to a warning, the CX-5 can automatically apply the brakes.
Great bang for the buck.
I realize that I'm not the demographic Lexus is going after with the NX. I do like the interior and I'm sure the quality will be there. Just haven't warmed up to the exterior styling - Especially the prominent spindle grill.

A copy and paste of a Lexfather RDX post.
"the RDX doesn't even have parking sensors, nor LED rear lights, no rear A/C vent, no Blind Spot Monitoring, no fog lamps and halogens standard and missing a bunch of pretty basic items in many non luxury cars let alone luxury ones. It lost its SH-AWD and is CR-V based. There is no direct injection and the passenger seat is a 4 way power seat lol. No cooled seats or even rain sensing wipers. It is missing a TON of basic features. A Ford Escape or Hyundai/KIA SUV offers far more."
The CX has a 8 way power seat too.
Lexfather seems to be MIA.

I wonder if some of the RDX's shortcomings will be addressed in the upcoming refresh? You'd think so. It's still selling very though.

The '15 is unchanged,though.
LF always posted some interesting Honda/Acura posts.
Another poster in the mazda 6 thread posted this link for the 2016 CX-5: http://www.carscoops.com/2014/11/maz...auto-show.html

Looks like it's time to my retire my family's 01 Mazda MPV, these updates has persuaded me enough, the one turn off in the current 13-15 model was the interior look cheap in my opinion and the GPS interface was very old school. The electronic parking brake is a nice touch.
