I currently have a Toyota AE86 and am looking to trade with a gentleman for a 1994 Lexus LS400 (UCF11). Might I have some suggestions, tips or what I should be looking for before I go about the trade? Thanks a bunch! Here is the link to the vehicle:

On a 20-year old car whose owner advertises only 79,000 original miles, while it's possible, I'd be a little leery of that claim. See if the owner has documentation from reputable service shops on service/maintenance and repairs at mileage-intervals. Also, if possible, see if Car Fax has a report on the car (you might have to know the VIN for that). That might indicate if the car has had things like accident damage, flood damage, a reported theft, etc....

Thank you! Sounds like it all makes sense. Back when I was in CT I bought a 1991 300zxTT off a guy in NJ last year and surprisingly that only had about 66k miles on it too, so I guess it is possible for the low miles, but I will check out documentation. I plan on doing the water pump, timing belt operation somewhere down the road. But what other maintenance things should I be looking for? Anything major besides the little things here and there? Thanks a bunch and excited to hopefully become a part of the Lexus family!
