February month end for car sales

February month end for car sales
I'm in the market for a car for my son this weekend. Anyone know if the end of the month for dealer sales purposes is this Friday the 28th, or are they including any of the weekend days in the sales month? Just trying to work out when would be the optimum time to pay a visit.
