Default Gte auto transmission

I know I have read that the gte tranny can handle 400hp. Guess I'm wondering how true is that. I have a Lexus gs300 and last yr swapped the motor and put in aristo twin turbo. So now I worked all the bugs out and time to have some fun. I love stick but just had another kid so have to deal with the auto. Going to add a electronic boost control and change plugs and spark plugs. I have a exhaust system and a intake. So honestly can this tranny do 400 hp. I won't be pushing it to the limit all the time. DD will be at 11 psi and I want to set it at 17 psi when I have the need for a thrill. So what do u guys think

Yes, it can handle 400hp without much issue but do NOT manually shift the transmission (launching in low, shifting it to 2nd, then auto). Also put an aftermarket transmission cooler on the car to keep the fluid temps lowers as well. Heat is what kills transmissions and the more hp you throw at the A340 the hotter it gets.
