Whatever logo they decide on, I'd like to see it put back on the hood. Ever since Cadillac dumped their hood ornaments (which are all extinct now that the DTS is gone), their cars really, IMO, haven't LOOKED like Cadillacs. And, you'll notice that one of Cadillac's prime competitors (Mercedes) still uses them on several of its products.

Mike, are you being serious or joking? You think they should have those sitting on sporty ATS's, CTS's, and ELR's?

New logo looks great. Much cleaner, more modern, and gells the brand with it's competitors.

I agree, that is very sleek and modern without the wreath. Would be cool if Cadillac offered a wreath hood ornament option

too many colors IMO. it should be simple and all silver. keep it clean.

I hope joking. The take rate on Mercedes' "classic" grill is very slim, most buyers are going for the star-in-hood setup when it's an option. Cadillac's top of the range sedan may benefit from the hood ornament a la S-class, but I'd say that's it.

still prefer the '57 logo out of all of them...and yea, MMarshall, you need to pop that time-bubble of yours lol. only certain vehicles deserve hood ornaments, and they're 100k and up IMO (RR, etc.)

I say bring the "Hoodie" back IMO it's way too small. I'd like to see the wreath around 2-3' tall and a wider stance...they could light each side of the wreath amber color so to match the right and left turn signals. The center badge could be clear and use as a third headlight.

Pop a bubble, my a**. One's preference in styling and trim is not something that is necessarily dictated by a clock.

Well, even using your hypothesis (which I don't agree with, either) you still have a problem. Lots of 100k+ vehicles DON'T have those ornaments.
