Regarding the Black Label branding, my bet is they are loosely associating with Ralph Lauren Black Label

This is a pretty stupid idea with the 2 tier service.

Customer 1 with a black label comes in : Welcome! I see you have a black label, we got bottled water in the vip lounge with big screens come in and relax.

Customer 2 comes in : Welcome! I see you have a regular old beat up Lincoln...go wait over there by the corner someone will get to you eventually.
