Car manufacturers should REALLY read and study car forums more and actually understand what customers/enthusiasts want and what they would spend money for.

This car is a joke...

Hilarious how the stripes emphasize the UGLY front end, and make the car look even more like a boat than it already does !

Did any of you even bother to read the article? This conversion was done by an aftermarket company, not Honda/Acura. Newport Convertible also produced this monster:

They should be sued for making hideous cars.

Aftermarket or not, the TL is hideous to begin with, and they just made it worse.

ROTFLMAO, I was thinking the same thing.

This whole project was a complete waste of money and energy.

Of course I read the article. Nothing of my response ever said it was Honda/Acura factory in the first statement.

And the second statement was directed at 1sWt2GS regarding Honda/Acura design as a generality.

Did you bother to read my post?

might be funny if Honda/Acura were actually involved.

of course you're entitled to your opinion, and i agree that aftermarket place made it worse, but in its latest factory incarnation, i think it's far from hideous.

I think BMW and Infiniti have the best looking entry level luxury convertibles in this class.

Am I alone in thinking that the LX and TL convertible conversions are mildly attractive?

Kinda like "so wierd it's cute" type deal. At first glance the chopped TL reminded me of the Phantom Drophead. Idk why.

I was hoping Hoovey didn't repost this I saw it on Autoblog and lost my lunch.

Sadly the facelift didn't help with sales at all and the car has sadly been listed on many ugliest car lists.
