The big heavy mustang can't compare to the drive quality of a porsche cayman and brz/frs. Two different comparison in quantity vs quality driver car.
Before I bought my S2k, I wanted a Mustang test drive. The only new Mustang my local dealer had with a manual transmission was a V6 and it was very unimpressive in handling, clutch, & shift feel. It did not al all feel sporty or well designed for a manual transmission. The high-sided interior and short windshield made me feel like I was driving in a cave. No thanks.

Absolutely, Ford engineering quality is not there yet to compete w/ elite Japanese and German.
Mustang and Camaro are the same type of big heavy muscle floating boats for whoever like it for the best power deal !

I think you really need to watch the video that AdrianXT posted.

The Mustang is even "better-balanced" than the M3. Who would have thought?

So I guess Randy Pobst's opinion > your opinion

According to his sig, his S2000 is a '05 model.

The '05 Mustang is most likely referred.
