Absolutely love Porsche...
That being said, didn't they just make their vehicle faster by employing early 90's tech (HICAS from the 300zx tt & the automatically adjustable spoiler from the 3KGT VR4)?

I want a 991 very badly. There isn't a better example of an everyday supercar in my opinion.

No manual? In a 911? Deal breaker, I'd get an R8 instead.

Looks great inside and out, performance is insane. It is difficult to think how they can even improve much on this generations 911 for the next generation.

As a self professed Porsche nut I will wait to see in person b/c it doesn't do much for me here.

Really.......I guess looks is very subjective, but I love it instantly from my 1st impression.

911 Turbo is one car I always wanted so I studied every one of them in details even though I haven't had a chance to own one yet, this one is pretty hot, maybe still not as hot as the 993 Turbo S, which I still think is the best so far btw, the 996 tanked........I thought the 997 was pretty nice, but I think this 991 beated the 997 in looks.

But that's just me.

964 then 997 for me.... I will see it in person, with the longer wheelbase the proportions while 911 are just "different" and seem more relaxed ala 996 to me.

For 911, is all about how wide that hips looks..........this one looks wide

I agree the proportions is very sleek now, not very traditional beetle like.

Agree completely - I hate the rear on this thing and the rear quarter is too reminiscent of the 987. The vents are overdone and the rear spoiler feels like they wanted some contemporary take on the 964 Turbo but if they wanted that, they should have gone all the way instead of just half-baking it.
