Go for it! I owned a '95 supercharged Miata for a few months last year, its a fun little car and handles really well. I eventually sold it to pick up an S2000 but my wife still misses that Miata.

Clearly the solution is to CTSC the S2000!

I vote Miata as well. Especially b/c the bike is salvaged; it'll be easier to sell the Miata later.

completely false statement. Most cars originally designed as convertibles sacrifice no structural integrity.

you mentioned you are 6'4
you should try sitting in it with the top up and see if that is enough room for you

i think the key here is the fit, miata is really small, it may not be the right car for you

You said it best here... I drove the thing to AZ from Vegas maybe like 100mi or so. Going up a hill in 3rd or 4th and nearing redline sounded cool but I dont know if that thing had it in it for constant near redline driving. On the freeway its sooo slow and wind had that thing all over the road. Im terrified to drive It anywhere other than like the store lol Ive rarely been afraid of driving a certain car except this one on a long freeway drive.
