Online I see this:

$299 /month Lease for 24 months
$2,999 initial payment
2013 G37 Sedan Journey with Premium Package

Can you give more specific details about your 270 and zero down deal? that seems significantly better than what's listed on their website. Especially since yours includes nav as well.

Is yours on a 2013?

if you opting for lease, Infiniti and BMW usually have the best deals out there. but with the money you throw at leasing one of these premium brands, you could've bought an Acura TSX out right, Acura is heavily discounting the TSX as this may be its last production year.

buying outright g37 journey RWD through VPP is $31,687. I do like the TSX, but I think I'd rather have a G37.

http://www.insidenissan.com/monthly_dplan_infiniti.html
MSRP $36,900
VPP Price $34,187†
VPP Discount $0
Bonus Cash $2,500
Net Price $31,687
Total Savings
$5,213

Without VPP, edmunds TMV price is ~33.5k for g37 journey. How good are the TSX deals for v6 wi/ tech?
If you are considering short lease on G37, maybe IS350 would be good too since it's also in last model year. I would think the residual value of IS350 would be better than G37, so lease would be comparable.

Deal is now up on their website, including premium and navi. The "$0 down" is a little misleading, you still pay first months payment, registration, and acquisition fee.

I went with a black g37 with sport package, nav, premium.
