So I was watching a documentary about lions on youtube, and during one part they showed a car that looks like a product of a VW Passat and a Mercedes E-Class having a child. I have never seen this before and wonder if it's just a Merc with a VW badge or was there ever any collaboration between the two?

I think it is a VW polo that they sell in Europe.

Well....that solved that question....still those headlights look exactly like E-Class lights.

Yep, it's an older model Polo. My cousin has one in London. It's actually a pretty decent car!
