I think that after winning his case, that Mercedes SHOULD have the right to take the guys car and crush it, so that he can not sue them again for a different problem.

what seems to be the issue here? This is what happens after 7 years of litigation... Lemon laws exist for a reason.

SCORE!!!!!! I am so happy hear this. Mercedes was building some pretty crappy cars during this period and its awesome to see that someone can actually beat these guys. I say this is AWESOME
