I really hope this comes to market. A GS coupe/convertible priced from ~$52k - $60k would make sense and pave the way for an $80k+ LF-LC as the halo coupe.

I hope a coupe version of the 4GS will change all the shortcomings of the sedan's design, I never like the sedan from any angle except the front end, so hopefully, a coupe version with totally different sheet metal will make the 4GS a lot more interesting and sexier than the sedan ......

^If it has a totally different body, is it still a GS coupe?

I can see if the LF-LC would be a derivative of the 4GS...

they extrapolate from lexus saying there will be an sc replacement that it will be a gs coupe, which i'm doubtful of.

And This.

The biggest thing with a GS coupe is that to me, as is, it simply won't be attractive. The SC in my mind has always been a "GS coupe", Lexus' needs would be more than filled with a replacement for the SC and a smaller roadster (Maybe GT86 based?).

And the E-Class sedan and coupe don't even share the same chassis.

As I have recently stated here....supposedly....

IS coupe
GS coupe
LF-LC (not sure what production name is)

So yes 3 coupes then the LFA

Again I do find it perplexing that Lexus has a perfectly good name in "SC" and can't figure out how to just build a car to bear its good name.

i wouldn't be surprised if it does end up being the SC. they've had other concepts with funky letter combos and then dropped when a real product.

Differrent enough for me , and same with the G35/37 sedan and coupe , ... I think the 3 coupe and G35 coupe look a lot more attractive than their sedan version ...

I think its great news. Lexus really needs to expand its line up. They have a tiny lineup compared to Mercedes or BMW

Agreed but not as many stupid variations.... Lexus has their line up easily identifiable, keep it simple.
